How do I place an order?
To place an order please contact the Aspen Valley location nearest you and ask for customer service. Our friendly staff is always ready to help you!

Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Aspen Valley has a fleet of trucks to deliver everything from paving stones to black dirt. We offer same day delivery on most items and we deliver Monday through Saturday. Just contact the location nearest for more information.

What are your hours?
March - November: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
December - February: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

I am a landscape contractor. How do I get my contractor login username & password?
To receive your login information, please call the Homer Glen office at 708-301-0703.

I am estimating a project and I need some advice. Is there anyone who can help me?
Of course! Please contact any one of our locations. Our sales staff will be happy to assist you on the phone or in our showroom. We will even meet you at your site to help you plan your project.

What forms of payment do you accept?
First of all, if you are a contractor, Aspen Valley offers credit terms to qualified companies.
Just contact any one of our locations for an application. Otherwise, we accept cash, checks and three major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
